Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Tracy Gray to the 489th Judicial District Court in Kaufman County for a term set to expire on December 31, 2024, or until her successor shall be duly elected and qualified.Tracy Gray of Forney is Judge of the Kaufman County Court at Law, a position she was elected to in November 2018. HISD to Host Bus Driver Hiring Event on Feb. 28

Houston Independent School District (HISD) will be hosting a Transportation Job Fair on Wednesday, Feb. 28, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Northwest Motor Pool complex. The event aims to hire bus drivers and micro bus drivers for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year.According to the district, HISD bus drivers can earn an hourly wage of $18 with guaranteed minimum hours per day.
