Greater Southeast Management District Board of Directors met Dec. 16.

Here is the agenda provided by the board:

1. Determine quorum and call meeting to order.

2. Receive public comments. (A statement of no more than 3 minutes may be made on items of general relevance. There will be no yielding of time to another person. State law prohibits the Board Chair or members of the Board from commenting on any statement or engaging in dialogue without an appropriate agenda item being posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Law. Comments should be directed to the entire Board, not individual members. 8. Receive Updates and Recommendations from the Governance Committee

a. Discuss Nomination of Officers for election by the Board of Directors

9. Receive Updates and Recommendations from District Services and Improvements:

a. Consider Contract Amendment for Neighborhood Greenways Phase II Construction Administration Scope of Work and Authorize Executive Director, Board Chair and Legal Counsel to Execute Agreement for a Not-to Exceed Amount

b. Consider a Scope of Work regarding The Goodman Corporation to solicit Request for Quotations from qualified landscaping and outdoor lighting vendors for the installation and maintenance of a limited Tree Lighting Pilot Project on Almeda Road and Authorizing the Board Chair to execute a Work Order for a Not-to-Exceed Amount once a vendor is selected.

c. Consider an Agreement between Assistant Chief Keith Seafous and the Greater Southeast Management District for Enhanced Public Safety Coordinator, authorize budget in a not-to-exceed amount

d. Consider the Sixteenth Amendment to Amend and Restate the Interlocal Agreement between OST/Almeda Corridors Redevelopment Authority and Greater Southeast Management District for Enhanced Public Safety Services for the period beginning January 1, 2026, and ending December 31, 2026, for a Not-to-Exceed Amount and additional Municipal Services for a Not-to-Exceed Amount.

e. Consider Approval of a Demolition Grant for 4402 Emancipation Avenue and Authorize Executive Director, Board Chair and Legal Counsel to Execute Agreement for a Not-to-Exceed Amount

f. FY 2025 State of the District:

i. Consider a Rental Agreement between the El Dorado Ballroom at Project Row House and the Greater Southeast Management District for the FY2025 State of the District, Authorize Executive Director, Board Chair and Legal Counsel to Execute Rental Agreement for a Not-to-Exceed Amount

ii. Consider a Work Order with Busy Bee Creatives to provide Photography/Videography for the FY2025 State of the District, Authorize Board Chair to Execute Work Order for a Not-to-Exceed Amount

iii. Ratify Busy Bee Creatives Work Order# 2025-BusyBee-SOTD2 for State of the District Invitation Mailers, Authorize Board Chair to Execute Work Order for a Not-to-Exceed Amount

iv. Consider Requisitions related to the refreshments for FY2025 State of the District, Authorize Board Chair to Execute Work Order for a Not-to-Exceed Amount
