The fourth annual youth summit, the Summit for Emerging American Leaders (SEAL), will be held on September 7, 2024, at the Glenn Performing Arts Center at the John Cooper School. The event aims to engage high school students with national leaders on pressing issues in America and provide an opportunity to earn a Congressional Certificate of Success.

Topics and panels will cover public policy, federalism, artificial intelligence, climate change, media and politics, diplomatic affairs, cartels, health care, legislative proposal Q&A sessions, leadership and teamwork, and government and civics.

"We are excited to host an incredible list of speakers," stated the organizers. Among the speakers are Eric "Popeye" Doyle, former commanding officer of the Blue Angels; Tim Kopra, retired NASA astronaut and CEO of Starlab Space; and Chase Untermeyer, former United States Ambassador.
