1. Determine quorum; call meeting to order.

2. Receive public comments. (A statement of no more than 3 minutes may be made on items of general relevance. There will be no yielding of time to another person. 4. Approve FY2022 Annual Financial Report and Audit from McCall Gibson Swedlund Barfoot PLLC.

5. Receive updates and recommendations from the Finance Committee.

b. Consider Bookkeeper’s Report and approve paying invoices.

c. Consider support funding request from MAM for Employment Services program.

d. Consider support funding request from MAM for Back to School program.

6. Receive updates from the Comprehensive Plan Committee.

7. Receive updates and recommendations from the Environmental and Urban Design Committee.

a. Consider contract amendment with Westco for additional service area.

b. Consider contract amendment with SWA for esplanade redesign services.

8. Receive updates and recommendations from the Public Safety Committee.

a. Consider support request for HPD Emergency Preparedness program.

b. Consider support request for purchase of Polaris vehicle for HPD.

9. Receive updates and recommendations from the Business and Economic Development Committee.
