Brays Oaks Management District Board of Directors met Feb. 21.

Here is the agenda provided by the board:

1. Determine quorum; call meeting to order.

2. Receive public comments. (A statement of no more than 3 minutes may be made on items of general relevance. There will be no yielding of time to another person. State law prohibits the Board Chair or members of the Board from commenting on any statement or engaging in dialogue without an appropriate agenda item being posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Law, Comments should be directed to the entire Board, not individual members. Engaging in verbal attacks or comments intended to insult, abuse malign or slander any individual shall be cause for termination of time privilege).

3. Approve Minutes of meeting held on January 17, 2023.

4. Accept Annual Disclosure Statement from Investment Officer and Bookkeeper.

5. Conduct annual review of Investment Policy and Adopt Resolution Regarding Annual Review of Investment Policy.

6. Adopt Resolution Establishing the Authorized Depository Institution and Adopting List of Qualified Broker/Dealers with Whom the District May Engage in Investment Transactions.

7. Receive Assessment Collection Report.

8. Receive monthly financial report and approve invoices for payment.

9. Receive and review invoices to be paid by Willow Waterhole Greenway Conservancy.

10. Receive update from Business and Economic Development Committee.

11. Receive update from Public Safety Committee.

12. Receive update and recommendations from Beautification and Urban Design Committee.

a. Consider Price Wagener proposal to rebuild and test back flows.

13. Receive update from Infrastructure Committee.

14. Receive Executive Director’s Report.

15. Adjourn
