 1. Call meeting to order, take attendance and verify a quorum is present.

2. Public comments.

3. Approve minutes of the October 20, 2021, meeting.

4. Financial report and bookkeeping matters, including payment of bills, review of investments, and review of cash flow reports.

5. Assessment and collection report, including collection of delinquent assessments and payment of bills, and report on valuation lawsuits by District assessment payers against the Harris County Appraisal District.

6. Annexation matters, including:

a. Accept Petition for Addition of Certain Land; and

b. Authorize execution and filing of Petition for City Consent to Annex Land.

7. Engineering matters, including approval of any pay estimates and change orders, and final acceptance, as appropriate, for:

a. Gessner Paver Replacement Update.

8. Report and discussion of Holiday Décor Call for Projects.

9. Report and discussion of Utility Burial Call for Projects.

10. Charter school endorsement letter.

11. District Maintenance, including approval of any pay estimates, change orders, design authorizations, plans, advertisement for bids, solicitation of proposals and award of contracts, as appropriate, for:

a. Landscape maintenance, modifications, and repair;

b. Irrigation maintenance, modifications, and repair;

c. Hardscape maintenance, modifications, and repair;

i. Special maintenance projects;

d. Graffiti abatement; and

e. Sign installation, maintenance, modifications, and repair.

14. Executive Director’s Report.

15. Convene in Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.076, Texas Government Code, to deliberate the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel or devices, or a security audit.

16. Reconvene in Open Session and authorize appropriate action regarding deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel or devices, or a security audit.
