He was predeceased by : his mother Darlene Bakken (Bauer); his grandparents, Albert, Frieda Bauer, Gilman and Isabelle Bakken; his cousins, Brad Kramer and Jeremy Goetz; his aunt Shirley Kramer (Cecil); and his uncles, Jim Bakken and Jerry Bakken.
He is survived by : his father Larry Bakken; his sister Kristi; his brother-in-law Jamie Studinski; his nieces and nephews, Madison Hirst (Ben), Seth Tosseth, Jessica Wendorf (Josh), Josh Studinski and Hayala Mota; his friends, Wayne Duncan and Lee Hart; and also, Eldon Joersz (Carol), Devon Goetz (Jim), Terry (Laurie), Randy (Melissa), Danny (Dianne), Judy Bakken, Linda Kendall (Ron), Joanne Kelly, Dianna Bossert and Bonnie (Myron). He is also survived by his many friends and family.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 18th 2022. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 19th 2022 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Vazquez Funeral Home (219 E Crosstimbers St, Houston, TX 77022).
