Three Houston companies cited for 'transforming the way our city does business'

Three Houston companies recently made Deloitte's list of fastest-growing tech companies for 2021.

The North America Technology Fast 500 list ranks 500 of the fastest-growing tech companies across North America, according to a news release. Houston companies Enercross, Onit, and Graylog ranked 31, 304 and 309 on the list respectively.

"The Houston companies on this year's Fast 500 list are transforming the way our city does business by combining technological innovation with entrepreneurial spirit," Amy Chronis, Houston managing partner at Deloitte said, according to Innovation Map. "I'm inspired by the ways these organizations have succeeded amid unprecedented times, and I look forward to seeing their progress in 2022."

Enercross provides logistics software to the energy sector. Onit "offers workflow and AI technology for legal, compliance, sales, IT, HR and finance departments." Graylog is a provider of management software.

"Each year, the Technology Fast 500 shines a light on leading innovators in technology, and this year is no exception," Paul Silverglate, leader of the U.S. technology sector at Deloitte said, according to Innovation Map. "In the face of innumerable challenges resulting from the pandemic, the best and brightest were able to pivot, reinvent and transform and grow."

The top-ranked company from the state of Texas is Austin-based Shipwell, which ranks fourth overall on the list.

Approximately 20% of companies on this year's list are based in Silicon Valley.
