Now boasting a 27-3 overall record, the Katy Tigers have now jumped to No. 3 in the 6A baseball rankings after winning their 15th straight.

The Tigers routed Fort Bend Clements 13-1 in non-league action on May 8 as part of the 2021 Baseball 6A region 1 & 3 tournament to claim their latest victory, with much of the offense coming on Ryan Brome sixth homer of the season.  

"Ryan Brome hit this two-run nuke for the Tigers," a post on the team's Twitter page said.

Next up, Katy is set to visit Cypress Ridge, winners over Lamar 19-3 in their last game, on May 15.
