City of Houston Council Committee on Quality of Life met Dec. 1.

2. Discussion of the Micromobility Ordinance Amendments 

a. Discussion of the recently approved Regulation of Micromobility Devices and Off-Highway Vehicles within City Limits; establishing a Nighttime Curfew. 

b. Maria Irshad, Deputy Director, ARA 

3. Public Comment – Public comment will be accepted in person only. Members of the public who wish to sign up to speak may do so by emailing atlarge1@houstontx.gov by 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, OR may simply be present at City Council Chambers during this item on the agenda. Public speakers will be called at their designated time per the agenda.
