Governor Greg Abbott has announced the reappointment of Cliff Bickerstaff and Erin Lunceford to two state boards responsible for leasing lands managed by Texas agencies. Their new terms will last until September 1, 2027.
Cliff Bickerstaff will continue his role on the Board for Lease of Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Lands. Bickerstaff, who is based in Amarillo, serves as executive vice president at Amarillo National Bank. He has also chaired the Amarillo Area Foundation and participates in organizations such as the Texas Cattle Feeders Association’s Finance and Tax Committee and the Amarillo-Potter Events Venue District board. Bickerstaff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech University.
Erin Lunceford was reappointed to the Board for Lease of Texas Department of Criminal Justice Lands. Based in Houston, Lunceford practices mediations and arbitrations through her firm, Lunceford ADR, LLC. She previously served as a judge for the 61st Judicial District Court in Harris County. Lunceford is board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law and is recognized as a Medical Malpractice Specialist by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys. Her experience includes serving on the board of the Houston Bar Association and leading the Houston chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates as president. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and her law degree from the University of Houston.
