B. Approval of the minutes of the Pension Benefits Committee meeting held on Tuesday, August 19, 2025.

C. Approval of the minutes of the Personnel and Procedures Committee meeting held on Tuesday, August 19, 2025.

D. Approval of the minutes of the Investment Committee meeting held on Tuesday, August 19, 2025.

5. Approval for the Chief Investment Officer to travel outside the 48 contiguous United States to attend the 2025 Private Equity Summit with airfare, and three (3) nights of hotel accommodation to be paid by a third party.

6. Resolution to designate Tuesday, December 9, 2025, as the regular Board meeting date for the month of December 2025.

7. Active litigation update regarding declaratory judgment lawsuit relating to informal marriage.
