Greater Southeast Management District Board of Directors met Sept. 10.

Here is the agenda provided by the board:

1. Determine quorum and call meeting to order.

2. Receive public comments. (A statement of no more than 3 minutes may be made on items of general relevance. There will be no yielding of time to another person. State law prohibits the Board Chair or members of the Board from commenting on any statement or engaging in dialogue without an appropriate agenda item being posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Law. Comments should be directed to the entire Board, not individual members. Engaging in verbal attacks or comments intended to insult, abuse, malign or slander any individual shall be cause for termination of time privileges.)

3. Receive Executive Director and General Manager’s Monthly Report on Actions/Initiatives in Support of the District’s Service Plan.

4. Receive Enhanced Public Safety Coordinator Report on Public Safety Initiatives

5. District Administration:

a. Receive Assessment Collection Reports

b. Consider a Resolution Ordering Preparation of Supplemental Assessment Roll and Authorizing the Setting of a Public Hearing and The Issuance of Notice of Public Hearing

6. Approve Minutes from August 13,2025, Board meetings

7. Receive Updates and Recommendations from the Budget & Finance Committee:

a. Receive Financial Reports

b. Consider Recurring and Non-Recurring Expenses

8. Receive Updates and Recommendations from the Governance Committee

9. Receive Updates and Recommendations from District Services and Improvements:

a. Consider Resolution and Letter of Funding Commitment for the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA) 2025 Disaster Supplemental Grant Program for a Not-to-Exceed Amount and Authorize Executive Director, Board Chair and Legal Counsel to Execute the required application documents for submission.

b. Consider Interlocal Agreement between Harris County Precinct Seven and the Greater Southeast Management District for Enhanced Public Safety Services for a Not-to-Exceed Amount and Authorize Executive Director, Board Chair and Legal Counsel to Execute Agreement.

c. Consider Sponsorship for 2025 Career Recovery “Tee Off for Success” Golf Tournament for a Not-to-Exceed Amount and Authorize Executive Director, Board Chair and Legal Counsel to Execute Agreement.

d. Consider Sponsorship for the 2025 Asia Society Night Market for a Not-to-Exceed Amount and Authorize Executive Director, Board Chair and Legal Counsel to Execute Agreement.
