11. Discussion, review and action of the sublease agreement between the Harris County – Houston Sports Authority and GVP Media, Inc. and other matters related thereto

Executive Session

Pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, notice is hereby given that the Harris CountyHouston Sports Authority, during its meeting set forth above, may convene in Executive Session for any of the following purposes permitted by law: Section 551.071- Consultations with Attorneys, Section 551.072- Deliberations Regarding Real Property, and/or Section 551.074- Personnel Matters. No final action, decision, or vote will be taken in the Executive Session.
