Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Brent Morgan to serve as judge of the 318th Judicial District Court in Midland County. Morgan’s term will run until December 31, 2026, or until a successor is elected and qualified.

Morgan, who resides in Midland, owns The Morgan Law Offices. He is affiliated with the State Bar of Texas and is a member of the Texas Tech Alumni Association 1923 Society. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from Trinity University and a Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law.
