SafeLift has announced the launch of a new division in North Houston to extend its concrete leveling services to areas including Spring Branch, The Heights, Tomball, and Cypress.

According to SafeLift, the newly established division, SafeLift – North, aims to expand its services into Central and North Houston neighborhoods. This expansion is led by Jeff Price, a local entrepreneur with longstanding ties to the Houston area. The company says this move addresses increasing regional demand caused by aging infrastructure and shifting soil conditions that frequently result in sunken or uneven concrete.

The company employs high-density polyurethane foam injection to level and stabilize concrete surfaces such as sidewalks, driveways, patios, and pool decks. SafeLift states that this method reduces disruption compared to traditional repairs by avoiding demolition and heavy machinery. The foam is applied through a nearly invisible 5/8-inch hole, sets quickly, and allows for immediate use of the repaired surface.

While polyurethane injection is suitable for most repair scenarios, SafeLift notes that severely fractured concrete or slabs lifted by tree roots may require full replacement. The polyurethane foam used in its repairs is water-resistant, weighs approximately 2 pounds per cubic foot, and retains its shape and density over time. It also contains 39–49% renewable or recycled materials, supporting environmentally conscious operations.

SafeLift is a veteran-owned business founded by U.S. Army veteran Alex Lopez. Headquartered in Houston, the company has operated for over a decade, providing both residential and commercial services. It also assists clients with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) and HOA (Homeowners Association) compliance and operates as a contractor for local municipalities. Estimates can be completed in person or remotely; team members use body cameras during visits to maintain transparency and safety. All quotes are provided via email following initial assessment.
