Today, Congressman Wesley Hunt expressed satisfaction with the U.S. House of Representatives' approval of President Trump's One Big Beautiful Bill. This legislation is described as the largest tax cut for American families in the nation's history.

The bill aims to eliminate taxes on tips and overtime and reduce taxes on social security. It emphasizes prioritizing families over bureaucrats, restoring work dignity, rewarding American production, and supporting blue-collar workers.

Key elements include securing borders by completing the border wall, stopping fentanyl flow, providing bonuses to ICE and Border Patrol agents, and funding a significant deportation effort.

Additionally, the bill seeks to reverse policies from the previous administration regarding energy. It plans to lower prices by promoting domestic energy production.

Congressman Hunt stated: "By taking this important step to codify tax relief, border security, immigration enforcement, and pro-energy policy into law, we are honoring the clear mandate given by the American people and fulfilling the bold vision of America First."

He further commented: "This is a historic victory for working families, for national security, and for the future of our great country."
