Discussion and possible action to approve an Agency Agreement with Dynamo Stadium LLC regarding stadium capital improvements projects for Shell Energy Stadium and to approve future reimbursement to Dynamo Stadium LLC for such capital improvements from the Capital Fund held for Shell Energy Stadium by the Authority

Discussion of and possible action to delegate authority to the CEO and the Chair or their respective designees to negotiate and execute an Interlocal Agreement and an License Agreement with the Harris County Sports & Convention Corporation and SMG, as applicable regarding modifications to NRG Stadium and the use of NRG Park (including NRG Stadium), each for the 2026 FIFA World Cup

7.Discussion and possible action to approve a Management Agreement between the Harris County - Houston Sports Authority and the Sports Authority Foundation and to authorize the execution thereof
