Michael "Mike" Boyd, hailing from Christoval, previously held the position of chairman at Housley Communications, Inc. He has been recognized as a National Defense Alliance Defense Community Champion for 2024-2025. Boyd is a veteran of the Texas Army National Guard, with over three decades of service. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and a Master in Banking from Southwestern Graduate School of Banking.
Garry Bradford, based in Corpus Christi, leads Unique Employment Service and Bradford Holding Company as owner, president, and CEO. Bradford has served on several advisory boards, including those for Employers Service Assurance Corporation and Wells Fargo Bank's Southwestern Region. He retired in 2006 as a Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves. His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and a Master of Science from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
Todd Fox from Belton, president of First Heroes National Bank, served 24 years in the United States Army, retiring in 2018 as the chief of staff, III Corps. Fox's educational achievements encompass degrees from the United States Military Academy at West Point and Georgetown University, among others.
These reappointments are pending confirmation by the Senate.
