Step back into the vibrant era of '90s and 2000s hip-hop as Houston prepares for the Tacos and Tequila Festival. Scheduled to take place at Sam Houston Race Park on April 12, 2025, this event marks its debut in Houston after successful runs in cities like San Antonio, Dallas Fort Worth, Kansas City, Milwaukee, Sioux Falls, and Winnipeg.

Presented by Sam Houston Race Park and Social House Entertainment, the festival will feature live performances from renowned hip-hop artists including T.I., Lil Jon, Chingy, Paul Wall from Houston, Baby Bash, Yung Joc, Petey Pablo, Mike Jones from Houston, Twista, and DJ Ashton Martin.

The festival is exclusively for attendees aged 21 and over. It promises a variety of attractions such as performances by hip-hop legends, offerings from top taco chefs in the area, handcrafted margaritas, a tequila tasting lounge, lucha libre wrestling matches, an exotic car showcase, a chihuahua beauty pageant, salsa and queso competitions along with art installations and photo opportunities.
