Congresswoman De La Cruz supports FY25 budget resolution emphasizing fiscal responsibility

Today, Congresswoman Monica De La Cruz from Texas's 15th district expressed her support for the House FY2025 Budget Reconciliation Resolution. In a statement released following her vote, she emphasized the need to control government spending and reduce national debt.

De La Cruz stated, "Government spending is simply out of control. Today, I voted for the FY25 Budget Resolution to curb national debt, while laying the groundwork to invest in border security, cut taxes, and unleash American energy." She highlighted her efforts to bring South Texans' concerns to the forefront during this process.
