Here is the agenda provided by the board:

1. Determine quorum; call meeting to order.

2. Receive public comments. (A statement of no more than 3 minutes may be made on items of general relevance. There will be no yielding of time to another person. State law prohibits the Board Chair or members of the Board from commenting on any statement or engaging in dialogue without an appropriate agenda item being posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Law. 3. Approve Minutes of meeting held January 27, 2025.

4. Consider reducing Board seats from 11 to 9; and consider Resolution Decreasing the Number of Directors on the Board.

5. Appointment of new board members to unexpired term positions.

6. Accept Oath of Office, Sworn Statement and Bond for new board members.

7. Adopt List of Local Government Officers pursuant to Local Government Code, Chapter 176.0065.

8. Update from Finance Committee.

a. Receive Assessment Collection Report.

b. Receive monthly financial reports; and approve payment of invoices.

9. FY2025 Budget Workshop.

10. Update from the Comprehensive Planning Study.

12. Updates and recommendations from Business & Economic Development Committee.

c. Support funding for Asia Town Non-Profit Group.
