4. Any Public Comments or Requests to Contest for the Operating Permits and/or Exemptions listed in Item 5.

5. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on the following Operating Permits and/or Exemptions:

i. Lennar Homes of Texas, Land & Construction, Ltd. (Montgomery County MUD 219), for a proposed new Operating Permit OP-25012401-JSPR, not to exceed 138,402,354 gallons annually, and for a proposed well to be drilled at 12375 Goodman Rd., Conroe, Public Water Supply (PWS), and Irrigation use, District Aquifer: Jasper (JSPR), (Driller of record: To Be Determined); and

ii. Roberto Barrera II, for a proposed new operating permit OP-25012302-CHEV, not to exceed 13,000 gallons annually, and for a proposed well to be drilled at 9077 White Oak Drive, Conroe, Commercial use, 'District Aquifer: Chicot/Evangeline (CHEV), (Driller of record: Aqua Star); and

iii. Jen Texas 35, LLC (Montgomery County MUD 123), for a proposed amendment to OP-24092301- JSPR, for a proposed well to be drilled at 11702 Honky Tonk Dr., Montgomery, not to exceed 120,000 gallons annually for wells located at (a.) proposed well to be drilled at 11702 Honky Tonk Dr., Montgomery, and (b.) 7914 Green Oak St., Montgomery, Hydrogeological Report submitted with application, Public Water Supply (PWS) and Irrigation use, District Aquifer: Jasper (JSPR), (Driller of record: To Be Determined); and

iv. City of Willis - AWS Well 6 & 7, for a proposed amendment to AWS-12070601C-CAT, for an increase of 420,000,000 gallons not to exceed 770,000,000 gallons, to re-equip well at 200 South Bell St., Willis, and to re-equip well at 9637 Live Oak Trails, Willis, Hydrogeological Report submitted with application, Public Water Supply (PWS), District Aquifer: Catahoula (CAT); and

v. Alexia SF Arriola & Cindy Bush, for a proposed exempt well to be drilled at 27208 Lantern Ln., New Caney, Single Family Residential use, requesting spacing exception from District Rule 3.2, District Aquifer: Chicot/Evangeline (CHEV), (Driller of record: Gilbert's Water Well; and

vi. Maria Castillo & Israel Olivos, for a proposed exempt well to be drilled at 26012 Cornwall, New Caney, Single Family Residential use, requesting spacing exception from District Rule 3.2, District Aquifer: Chicot/Evangeline (CHEV), (Driller of record: Gilbert's Water Well; and

6. Adjourn or continue permit hearing in whole or in part.
