V. Convene an Executive Session to discuss:

▪ Personnel Personnel matters, including whether to name Jamie Bryant as a finalist for the position of President and Chief Executive Officer and authorize the Board Chair to negotiate and execute an employment agreement, under Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code.

VI. Reconvene Public Session to take action on Executive Session agenda items:

a. Resolution No. 3859: That the Houston Housing Authority Board of Commissioners name Jamie Bryant as a finalist for the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of the Houston Housing Authority and authorize the Board Chair to negotiate and execute an agreement with Mr. Bryant to be employed accordingly.
