Members Or The Board Present: J.M. Dinges, Melony Gay, Linda Harnist, Al Lawson, Camron Miller, Alan Owen, C.M. Scherer, Stan Steele, Jon Strange, William Wallace, B.T. Williams, Greg Wine, and Lawrence Vaccaro.

Members Of The Board Absent: Jay Anderson, John Dorman, Mark Gehringer, and Richard Morrison.

Presiding: Greg Wine, Chairman

Chairman Wine called the workshop to order at 3:02 p.m. in the Boardroom of the District

Presentation: The Board received a presentation from staff on the 2024 October monthly financial report and the Proposed 2025 fiscal year budget. Following the presentation, the Board members asked questions related to the presentation.

There Being No Further Business To Come Before The Board, The Workshop Was Adjourned at 4:58 p.m.
