A consolidated meeting of the Houston City Council was held at 9:00 a.m., Thursday, November 14, 2024. Mayor John Whitmire presiding with Council Members Amy Peck, Tarsha Jackson, Carolyn Evans-Shabazz, Fred Flickinger, Mary Nan Huffman, Joaquin Martinez, Julian Ramirez, Willie Davis, Twila Carter and Sallie Alcorn, Arturo Michel, City Attorney and Marta Crinejo, Agenda Director, present.
