H. Consider a Resolution Adopting a Budget for the Fort Bend Subsidence District for the Period Beginning January 1, 2025, and Ending December 31, 2025.

I. Consider a Resolution Amending the Interlocal Agreement with the Harris-Galveston Subsidence District,

J. Consider a Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Joint-Funding Agreement with the U.S. Geological Survey to Provide for a Cooperative Research Program for the Collection and Publication of Water Resource and Subsidence Data for the Year Ending December 31, 2025; and Authorizing the Expenditure of Funds.

K. Consider a Resolution Authorizing the Execution of an Interlocal Cooperation Contract with the Texas Water Development Board to Provide for a Cooperative Research Program for the Completion of an Airborne Electromagnetic Survey of the Brazos River Alluvial Aquifer; and Authorizing the Expenditure of Funds.

L. Receive a Briefing from District Staff on the Joint Regulatory Plan Review.
