Brays Oaks Management District Board of Directors met Nov. 19.

Here is the agenda provided by the board:

1. Determine quorum; call meeting to order.

2. Receive public comments. (A statement of no more than 3 minutes may be made on items of general relevance. There will be no yielding of time to another person. State law prohibits the Board Chair or members of the Board from commenting on any statement or engaging in dialogue without an appropriate agenda item being posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Law, Comments should be directed to the entire Board, not individual members. Engaging in verbal attacks or comments intended to insult, abuse malign or slander any individual shall be cause for termination of time privilege).

3. Recognize SnoDreamz, a local business, for their contributions to the Brays Oaks Management District.

4. Approve Minutes of meeting held on October 15, 2024.

5. Accept Hearing Examiner’s Report and Proposal for Decision for public hearing regarding supplemental assessment roll.

6. Adopt Order Supplementing the Assessment Roll; Levying Assessments Against the Property on the Supplemental Assessment Roll; and Setting the Rate of Assessment for the year 2024.

7. Receive Assessment Collection Report.

8. Receive monthly financial report and approve invoices for payment.

9. Receive update from Business and Economic Development Committee.

10. Receive update and recommendations from Public Safety Committee.

a. Consider disbursement of overtime funds to HPD.

b. Consider support funding for the annual S. Gessner Toy Drive.

11. Receive update and recommendations from Beautification and Urban Design Committee.

a. Consider Price Wagener request to increase rate for landscaping services.

b. Consider SMC Logistics request to increase rate for porter, field inspection, and street light survey services.

c. Consider SMC Logistics task order to dispose of broken concrete curbs.

d. Consider task orders for concrete curb repair.

e. Consider SMC Logistics task order to install and monitor game cameras.

f. Receive update on mini mural and W. Bellfort median design projects.

12. Receive update from Infrastructure Committee.

13. Consider support funding for HPD Thanksgiving luncheon.

14. Discuss budget for FY2025

a. Consider maintenance agreement for Gasmer property.

15. Receive Executive Director’s monthly report.

16. Adjourn
