1. Determine quorum; call meeting to order.

2. Receive public comments. (A statement of no more than 3 minutes may be made on items of general relevance. There will be no yielding of time to another person. 9. Receive updates and recommendations from Business & Economic Development Committee.

a. Consider proposal from Illumination Fireworks for the Liberty Fest on June 29, 2025.

b. Consider proposal from Upstanding Enterprises, LLC for its social media package.

c. Consider B.I.G. Application request from Dashwood Center at 7633 Dashwood Drive Houston, TX 77036.

d. Consider B.I.G. Application request from Dashwood and Marinette at 6702 Marinette Drive Houston, TX 77036.

e. Consider B.I.G. Application request from Dashwood North at 7600 Dashwood Drive Houston, TX 77036.

m. Consider sponsorship request from the Chinese Community Center for its 45th Anniversary Gala on November 16th, 2024, at Chinese Community Center.

n. Consider placing an annual Holiday Guide ad with Epoch Media.

10. Receive updates and recommendations from Environmental & Urban Design Committee.

a. Task order to enhance the endcaps on Bellaire.

b. Task order to install No Parking signs.

11. Consider Interlocal Agreement with Harris County and Southwest Houston Redevelopment Authority regarding Sharpstown Hike and Bike Trail.

12. Consider Interlocal Agreement Between Harris County, City of Houston and Southwest Management District regarding Bissonnet Gates.

13. Receive Executive Director’s Report.
