Brays Oaks Management District Board of Directors met Oct. 15.

1. Determine quorum; call meeting to order.

2. Receive public comments. (A statement of no more than 3 minutes may be made on items of general relevance.

8. Receive update from Beautification and Urban Design Committee.

a. Consider Price Wagener task order for additional esplanade visits on W. Bellfort between Kitty Brook and Braesridge.

b. Consider Price Wagener task order and adoption of esplanades on Fondren between W. Airport and Highway 90.

c. Consider Price Wagener task order for S. Post Oak ROW maintenance.

d. Consider UP Art Studio task order for mini mural at S. Braeswood and Hillcroft.

9. Receive update from Infrastructure Committee.

10. Receive Executive Director’s monthly report.
