1. Call to order.

2. Public Comments.

3. Action on resolution recognizing the reappointments of Lacy Wolf, County Position 6, and Nomaan Husain, City Position 2 and the appointments of Christopher Newport, City Position 1; and John Arnold, City Position 3; to the Board of Directors of the Harris County - Houston Sports Authority to terms ending August 31, 2026; and swearing-in ceremony relating to same.

4. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pursuant to provisions of Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, the Board shall deliberate in Executive Session on the following: consultation with attorneys concerning legal advice relating to the employment of the Chief Executive Officer pursuant to Section 551.071, and deliberation on personnel matters concerning employment of the Chief Executive Officer pursuant to Section 551.074.

5. Discussion and possible action on a resolution authorizing the hiring of Monty & Ramirez LLP, and other matters related thereto.

6. Discussion and possible action authorizing the execution of a settlement and mutual release agreement between the Authority and the Chief Executive Officer, and other matters related thereto.

7. Discussion and possible action concerning the employment of the Chief Executive Officer, and other matters related thereto.
