1. Call to order.

2. Public comments.

3. Approval of Finance Committee Meeting Minutes from August 22, 2024.

Discussion and review of a resolution authorizing the issuance, sale, and delivery of Harris County-Houston Sports Authority Senior Lien Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2024A and Second Lien Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2024B; authorizing designated officers of the Authority to approve certain terms thereof and other procedures regarding such bonds; approving supplemental indentures of trust and all documents and agreements relating to the issuance, sale and delivery of the bonds; authorizing the purchase through an offer to tender, defeasance, or redemption, as applicable, and payment of certain of the authority's outstanding bonds and all documents and agreements relating thereto; approving the purchase of bond insurance and reserve fund surety policies and all documents and agreements relating thereto; affirming the imposition of a hotel occupancy tax and short-term motor vehicle rental tax; waiving sovereign immunity; authorizing and ratifying other actions of the Authority; and containing other related matters.

5. Received notice that FITCH has affirmed the BBB rating on the NRG Stadium Bonds.

6. Discussion and review of year-to-date General & Administrative Budget; and other matters related thereto.

7. Discussion and review of event budgets; and other matters related thereto.

8. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pursuant to provisions of Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, the Committee shall deliberate in Executive Session on the following: consultation with attorneys on legal matters; deliberation on real estate matters, and deliberation on real estate matters; and deliberation on personnel matters.

Reconvene in Public Session and announce any items from Executive Session; discussion and possible action on such items.
