4. Authorize Executive Director to set date, time, place and appoint Hearing Examiner for hearing on supplemental assessment roll.

6. Receive Bookkeeper’s Report, including review of District’s current investments, and approve payment of invoices.

7. Receive update from Environmental and Urban Design Committee.

8. Receive update from Economic Development Committee.

a. Consider proposal from Upstanding Enterprise for website development.

9. Receive report and recommendations from the Public Safety Committee.

a. Consider funding request from AAPOA for Thanksgiving meals.

b. Consider funding request from HPD for trunk-or-treat.

c. Consider funding request from HPD for bicycles.

10. Consider sponsorship request from Harris County Public Library for its Institute of Museum and Library Services Award Luncheon at the Junior League of Houston on October 14, 2024.

11. Discuss moving Hunter to the Hobby District Payroll as a Hobby District Employee.
