Here is the agenda provided by the board:

1. Determine quorum; call meeting to order.

2. Receive public comments. (A statement of no more than 3 minutes may be made on items of general relevance. There will be no yielding of time to another person. State law prohibits the Board Chair or members of the Board from commenting on any statement or engaging in dialogue without an appropriate agenda item being posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Law. 3. Approve Minutes of meeting held June 24, 2024.

4. Consider Resolution Appointing Investment Officers.

5. Accept Annual Disclosure Statements from Investment Officer and Bookkeeper.

6. Conduct annual review of Investment Policy and Adopt Resolution Regarding Annual Review of Investment Policy and Amending Qualified Broker/Dealer List.

7. Receive update from Finance Committee.

a. Receive Assessment Collection Report.

b. Receive monthly financial reports and approve payment of invoices.

8. Consider renewal of Interlocal Agreement with HCAO for Nuisance Abatement.

9. Consider sponsorship request from Vu Law Firm for its Back-to-School Festival at 9525 Bissonnet St Houston, TX 77036 on August 3, 2024.

10. Consider sponsorship request from Gulfton Advisory Council for its Back-to-School Supply Drive at 6227 Southwest Freeway Houston, TX 77074 on July 26, 2024.

11. Consider sponsorship request from Southern TV Global for its 2024 STV Global Theater Community Contribution Award at 11122 Bellaire Houston, Texas 77072 on July 27, 2024.

12. Consider subsidize transit of Leadership Convention and Houston AAPI Convention attendees to Houston Chinatown on July 25, 2024.

13. Consider renewing the advertisement space on the billboard on Hwy 69/59 south, between Hillcroft and Beltway 8.

14. Receive update from the Comprehensive Planning Study.

15. Receive Executive Director’s Report.

16. Adjourn.
