Babin criticizes Biden's performance following first 2024 presidential debate

WASHINGTON, DC – U.S. Congressman Brian Babin (TX-36) issued a statement in response to the first 2024 presidential debate.

“If anyone came away from last night still somehow under the guise that Joe Biden is mentally sound, they are living in a fantasy world,” said Babin. “THIS is why we’ve been pushing for cognitive tests for Biden since he first came into office. It should be clear to everyone now that his team of radical advisors – not the president himself – has been pulling the strings in the White House. Under Biden’s confused gaze, America’s pillars and global standing are crumbling to the ground. He has failed miserably, from national security to economic security to energy security and everything in between. Our nation has turned into a laughingstock; we can NOT afford another four years of self-inflicted crises and kowtowing to our enemies.”
