Brays Oaks Management District Board of Directors met May 21.

Here is the agenda provided by the board:

1. Determine quorum; call meeting to order.

2. Receive public comments. (A statement of no more than 3 minutes may be made on items of general relevance. There will be no yielding of time to another person. State law prohibits the Board Chair or members of the Board from commenting on any statement or engaging in dialogue without an appropriate agenda item being posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Law, Comments should be directed to the entire Board, not individual members. Engaging in verbal attacks or comments intended to insult, abuse malign or slander any individual shall be cause for termination of time privilege).

3. Approve Minutes of meeting held on April 16, 2024.

4. Approve FY2023 Annual Financial Report and Audit from McCall Gibson Swedlund Barfoot PLLC. 5. Receive Assessment Collection Report.

6. Receive monthly financial report and approve invoices for payment.

7. Receive update from Business and Economic Development Committee.

8. Receive update from Public Safety Committee.

9. Receive update from Beautification and Urban Design Committee.

10. Receive update and recommendations from Infrastructure Committee.

a. Consider Gauge Engineering Task Order to conduct a traffic signal warrant analysis on W. Bellfort at Pembridge Dr.

11. Receive update and recommendations from the community development committee regarding the following application for support funding within the district:

a. Consider support funding request from Houston Police Bike Relay Team.

b. Consider support funding request from Friends of Westbury High School Foundation.

12. Receive Executive Director’s monthly report.

13. Adjourn
