Brays Oaks Management District Board of Directors met April 16.

Here is the agenda provided by the board:

1. Determine quorum; call meeting to order. 

2. Receive public comments. (A statement of no more than 3 minutes may be made on items of general relevance. There will be no yielding of time to another person. State law prohibits the Board Chair or members of the Board from commenting on any statement or engaging in dialogue without an appropriate agenda item being posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Law, Comments should be directed to the entire Board, not individual members. Engaging in verbal attacks or comments intended to insult, abuse malign or slander any individual shall be cause for termination of time privilege). 

3. Approve Minutes of meeting held on March 19, 2024. 

4. Receive Assessment Collection Report. 

5. Adopt Resolution Appointing Investment Officers. 

6. Accept Annual Disclosure Statements of Bookkeeper and Investment Officers 

7. Adopt Resolution Regarding Annual Review of Investment Policy and List of Qualified Broker/Dealers. 

8. Receive monthly financial report and approve invoices for payment. 

9. Consider renewal of service, supplies and lease agreement for BOMD office copier. 

10. Receive update from Business and Economic Development Committee. 

11. Receive update and recommendations from Public Safety Committee. 

a. Consider a program that reimburses a business, HOA, or non-profit, not to exceed $10,000, if the entity signs an agreement with Flock that is valued over $30,000. 

12. Receive update and recommendations from Beautification and Urban Design Committee. 

a. Consider Price Wagener task order for irrigation repairs. 

b. Consider Price Wagener task order for mulching services. 

c. Consider SMC task order to remove and dispose of damaged stone monument and concrete curb at Fondren Rd. and S. Braeswood Blvd. 

d. Consider AZPW Maintenance task order for concrete curb repair on W. Airport corridor. 

13. Receive update from Infrastructure Committee. 

14. Receive update and recommendations from the community development committee regarding the following application for support funding within the district: 

a. Friends of Westbury High School Foundation 

b. Houston Citizens' Police Academy Alumni Association (HCPAAA) 

15. Receive Executive Director's monthly report. 

16. Adjourn
