Commission action: Accepts staff’s recommendations.

B. COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC 

Amanda Renolds with Neighborhood Norhill Associations mentioned gathering guidelines from the neighborhood and shared statistics of what their neighborhood looks like in square footage. Working on design guidelines, etc.

C. COMMENTS FROM THE HAHC 

Roman McAllen, Historic Preservation Tracker is underway and will help the office become more efficient with tasks.

D. HISTORIC PRESERVATION OFFICER’S REPORT 

Roman McAllen, read an email from Peter Stockten on windows. Hand a conversation on windows that is an item of great interest that will become an agenda item. Working on Design Guidelines for the procedural guidelines for neighborhood meetings.

E. ADJOURNMENT 

There being no further business brought before the Commission, Chair David Bucek adjourned the meeting at 4:07 PM.
