Brays Oaks Management District Board of Directors met Jan. 23.
Here is the agenda provided by the board:
1. Determine quorum; call meeting to order.
2. Receive public comments. (A statement of no more than 3 minutes may be made on items of general relevance. There will be no yielding of time to another person. State law prohibits the Board Chair or members of the Board from commenting on any statement or engaging in dialogue without an appropriate agenda item being posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Law, Comments should be directed to the entire Board, not individual members. 3. Approve Minutes of meeting held on November 21, 2023.
4. Receive and consider responses to Request for Qualifications and Proposals for General Legal Services; and authorize execution of transfer of files letter.
5. Consider TML insurance renewal proposals.
6. Receive Assessment Collection Report.
7. Receive monthly financial report and approve invoices for payment.
8. Receive update and recommendations from Business and Economic Development Committee.
a. Consider Task Order #4 from SNR Creative for marking services.
b. Discuss BOMD branding magnets.
c. Discuss Riceville School Rd. development plans.
9. Receive update from Public Safety Committee.
a. Discuss Flock camera public / private partnership program.
10. Receive update from Beautification and Urban Design Committee.
a. Consider proposal from AZPW Maintenance for esplanade re-striping services.
11. Receive update and recommendations from Infrastructure Committee.
a. Consider the cost sharing proportion with TIRZ 20 to conduct a planning study within Brays Oaks MD.
b. Consider Gauge Engineering proposal to conduct review of Northfield development traffic study. 12. Consider and Approve FY2024 Budget.
13. Receive Executive Director’s monthly report.
