San Diego-headquartered private equity firm Seaside Equity Partners announced that it has formed a partnership with Houston-based Frontier Services Group. The partnership initiates buy-and-build strategy in emergency mitigation, remediation and restoration services sector.
Frontier co-founder Dennet Vera said in the release that "Seaside possesses a tremendous track record of working with facilities services companies." Seaside Managing Director Navid Shirazi considered it an honor for his company to enter into a partnership with Frontier, commending Autrey and Vera for building a business that provides high quality emergency services to customers.
According to the release, Frontier specializes in emergency services, such as fire and water damage mitigation and restoration, mold cleanup and removal, and content pack-out and storage.
Seaside has made it a goal to provide capital, resources and strategic support to leading mission critical services businesses based in the western U.S. It’s investing out of a $325 million investment vehicle that closed late last year, according to the press release.
