Dina Powell McCormick to join ExxonMobil Board of Directors

Exxon Mobil Corporation announced the appointment of Dina Powell McCormick to its board of directors. She serves as the vice chairman, president, and global head of Client Services at BDT & MSD Partners, according to a press release by Exxon Mobil Corporation.

Ms. Powell McCormick holds multiple positions on various boards, including serving as the chairman of the Robin Hood Foundation Board and being a trustee for organizations such as the National Geographic Society, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, and Mt. Sinai Health System. She also spent 16 years at The Goldman Sachs Group Inc., notably as a member of its Management Committee, and has an extensive background in both the private sector and the U.S. Government with roles including Assistant to the President and Deputy National Security Advisor.
