Kinetik Holdings announces promotions in leadership

Houston- and Midland-headquartered midstream company Kinetik Holdings announced promotions to its leadership team that are already in effect, an Aug. 24 company press release on Business Wire said. The three promoted individuals are Trevor Howard, Kris Kindrick, and Tyler Milam.

“Trevor, Kris, and Tyler will continue to work together alongside our experienced and talented management team, including Matt Wall, Steve Stellato, Todd Carpenter, and Anne Psencik,” Jamie Welch, President and CEO, said in the release.

Howard serves as its senior vice president (SVP) and chief financial officer (CFO), while Kindrick has taken the position of SVP, Commercial, and Milam SVP, Crude, Water and New Energy Ventures, the release said. The executives still report directly to Welch.

Howard joined the company in 2020 and was previously vice president of finance; Kindrick and Milam came aboard in July 2018 and August 2012, respectively, and had worked as vice presidents of commercial, the press release said. Kinetik was founded in 2012 and made its first acquisition more than two years later, its website says.
