Discussion and review of unaudited year-to-date Quarterly Investment Report and Quarterly Portfolio Compliance Report. 

Discussion and review of unaudited 2023 year-to-date financials. 

Discussion and review of the Texas GSA (General Services Administration) Program, and the Texas Multiple Award Schedule (TXMAS). 

Discussion and review of the proposed renewal of the Interlocal Agreement between Harris County and the Authority for provision of the Authority's public funds investment service for a one-year period, effective July 31, 2023. 

Discussion and review of event budgets. 

EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pursuant to provisions of Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, the Committee shall deliberate in Executive Session on the following: consultation with attorneys on legal matters; deliberation on real estate matters; and deliberation on personnel matters. 

Reconvene in Public Session. 

Adjournment. 

* NO FINAL ACTION will be taken at this meeting. The Finance Committee will only discuss possible recommendations. All items and any recommendations discussed above MUST BE FURTHER DISCUSSED AND CONSIDERED by the full Board of Directors of the Harris County - Houston Sports Authority.
