Brays Oaks Management District Board of Directors met July 18.
Here is the agenda provided by the board:
1. Determine quorum; call meeting to order.
2. Receive public comments. (A statement of no more than 3 minutes may be made on items of general relevance. There will be no yielding of time to another person. State law prohibits the Board Chair or members of the Board from commenting on any statement or engaging in dialogue without an appropriate agenda item being posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Law, Comments should be directed to the entire Board, not individual members. Engaging in verbal attacks or comments intended to insult, abuse malign or slander any individual shall be cause for termination of time privilege).
3. Approve Minutes of meeting held on June 20, 2023.
4. Receive Assessment Collection Report.
5. Receive monthly financial report and approve invoices for payment.
6. Receive update from Business and Economic Development Committee.
7. Receive update and recommendation from Public Safety Committee.
a. Consider renewal of Interlocal Agreement between Harris County, on behalf of Office of Harris County Attorney, and Harris County Improvement District # 5 (Brays Oaks Management District) for nuisance abatement services.
8. Receive update from Beautification and Urban Design Committee.
9. Receive update from Infrastructure Committee.
10. Receive Executive Director’s Report.
