He is survived by : his parents, Jesus Matias Perez and America Guerra Perez; his children, Natalie Perez and Matias Perez; and his sisters, Ana Perez and Dahila Anderson.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 28th 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home (6900 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77023). A rosary will be held on Sunday, May 28th 2023 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 29th 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 29th 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery (6900 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77023).
