We are sad to announce that on May 16, 2023, at the age of 99, Mary Alice Martin in Houston, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Miloslav Michal and Mary Michal; her son Larry Martin; her husband Edward Doyle Martin; and her brothers, Miloslav Michal Jr. and George Jeffery Michal.

She is survived by : her children, Edward Martin (Patsy) of Austin, Joyce McMillan (Robert) of Waxahachie and Terry Martin of Houston; her grandchildren, Leah, Bobby, Phillip and Amy; her great grandchildren, Ian, Gracie, Aton and Everly; and her close friend Lezlie Shell. She is also survived by nephews, nieces.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 24th 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Heights Funeral Home (1317 Heights Blvd, Houston, TX 77008). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 25th 2023 at 10:00 AM at the Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery (6900 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77023).
