She was predeceased by : her parents, John M. Whiteman and Dorothy May Stead (Miller); and her step-mother Faye Whiteman. She is survived by : her husband Rex Rogers; her sons, Rex Bailey Rogers, Jr. (Debbie) of Waco and Michael (Sloane) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her grandchild Erin Mosier (Matt) of Norman, OK; her children, Kaci, Jeremy Kimbrough of Nacogdoches, Ryan Rogers of Irving, Seth Rogers (Katherine) of Fort Worth, Robert Mikell Rogers (Leeann) of Houston, Jonathan Rogers of Houston, Madison Rogers of Tulsa, OK, Larson Rogers of New York City and Harrison Rogers of Tulsa; and her siblings, Betty Nance of Fort Worth and John Whiteman, Jr. of Navasota. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, extended family members and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 4th 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Houston First Baptist Church (7401 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77024).
