1. Determine quorum; call meeting to order.

5. Receive monthly financial report and approve invoices for payment.

6. Receive and authorize invoices to be paid by Willow Waterhole Greenway Conservancy.

7. Receive update and recommendations from Business and Economic Development Committee.

a. Consider request from Houston One Voice for a letter of support regarding an Environmental Justice Brownfields Grant Application to EPA for landfill redevelopment planning.

b. Consider Flock camera proposal.

c. Consider approval of SNR Creative’s plan and deliverables outline for task order 3.

8. Receive update and recommendations from Public Safety Committee.

a. Consider support funding for Harris County DA Gun Safe Program contingent upon HPD providing oversight and control of distribution; not to exceed $17,500.00.

9. Receive update and recommendations from Beautification and Urban Design Committee.

a. Consider proposal from SMC Logistics to provide field service inspection services.

10. Receive update from Infrastructure Committee.

11. Receive Executive Director’s Report.
