She was predeceased by : her parents, Ben Wheeler and Elizabeth Wheeler; her husbands, Joseph Louis Williams and Wilmer Jones; her children, Joseph "Blue" Williams and Linda Austin (Pervis Rosemon); and her siblings, Elnora Boyce, Leona Dugas and Ben Wheeler.
She is survived by : her family, Jerusalem, Mexico and Jamaica; her children, Margaret Rosemon, Renee Clay (Will Pegram) and John "Pooney" Williams (Sylvia Sims); her grandchildren, Franchelle Scgers (Roderick), Trenice Hodge, Tajauna Miller (Maurice), Erica Jenkins (Chris) and Glen Hodge; her great grandchildren, Lauren Williams (Derel), Lexus Hodge, Bria Woods, Terrance Turner, Landyn Robertson, Sydnei Scgers, Clarke Jenkins and Kinslei Miller; her great great grandchildren, Kevin Jones Jr., Ethan Williams, KaVon Bowie, King Turner, Leia Robertson, Karter Robertson and Carrington Williams; and her siblings, Gloria Pickens, Elizabeth Wiley (Sam), Mary English, Rita Liles, Mary Young, Shirley Broussard and Abraham Wheeler. She is also survived by godchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 15th 2023 from 8:45 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church (4600 Reed Rd, Houston, TX 77051). A mass was held on Saturday, April 15th 2023 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
