1. Determine quorum; call meeting to order.

2. Receive public comments. (A statement of no more than 3 minutes may be made on items of general relevance. There will be no yielding of time to another person. State law prohibits the Board Chair or members of the Board from commenting on any statement or engaging in dialogue without an appropriate agenda item being posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Law. Comments should be directed to the entire Board, not individual members. b. Conduct Election of Officers.

4. Approve Minutes of meeting held January 23, 2023.

5. Receive update and recommendations from Finance Committee

a. Receive Assessment Collection Report.

b. Receive monthly financial report and approve payment of invoices.

6. Receive update and recommendations from Business and Economic Development Committee.

a. Consider District messaging budget adjustment for Board Chair monthly messaging and Director interviews.

b. Consider hiring of District staff outside of District intern program.

c. Consider sponsoring a horse to the Houston Police Department’s Mounted Patrol.

d. Consider sponsorship request from Zoroastrian Association of Houston for its Nowruz Spring Festival.

e. Consider sponsorship request from Houston Taiwan Institute for Senior Citizens for its 20th Anniversary Benefit Concert.

f. Consider sponsorship request from Indian Film Festival of Houston for its 15th Indian Film Festival and Awards Night.

7. Receive update from Comprehensive Planning Committee.

8. Receive update and recommendations from Public Safety Committee

a. Consider purchase of kitchen supplies for S. Gessner command station.

9. Receive update and recommendations from Environmental and Urban Design Committee.

a. Consider Regency Square esplanade maintenance.

10. Receive Executive Director’s Report.

11. Adjourn.
